- 1st appointment
Financial proposal
- Details of the work to be carried out by the firm and the costs and fees it will incur
Signing of the fee agreement
- It sets out the details of the work carried out and the fees and expenses, as well as the lawyer's obligations towards the client.
Availability of the customer area
- Clients receive a login and password when they open their file. The extranet is a secure area reserved for the firm's clients.
- You can consult all the data in your file: incoming mail, outgoing mail, hearings, agenda and/or timetable of proceedings, pleadings (summons, submissions, judgment, etc.), expert reports, accounts.
We are one of the few if not the only one in Corsica to offer its customers the opportunity to follow the progress of their case at any time from a secure area specially reserved for them.
Handling of the case by two lawyers specialising in the field concerned
- Cross-disciplinary skills for a dual opinion and greater responsiveness
Follow-up with regular telephone and face-to-face meetings
- Checking that the client's instructions are strictly adhered to, checking supporting documents, preparing for the oral hearing
Report on the court ruling issued
- Together with an opinion on the action to be taken
