Visiting and accommodation rights

If the parents separate, visiting and accommodation rights may be set by agreement between the parents or by the family court.

Most of the time, this right consists of receiving children in your home at weekends and during part of the school holidays.

In practice, this right is exercised 1 weekend out of 2 and half of the school holidays, but it can be decided otherwise by the parents together or by the judge in the event of disagreement between the parents.
